  • You enter the employee ID This is your unique ID identification number assigned by USPS in the first box
  • Enter the USPS password you created for accessing the USPS online service.

Can I Change My PostalEASE Password? 

Unfortunately, you cannot directly change your PostalEASE password within the PostalEASE platform itself.

After receiving your temporary password, you must create a new permanent password. Please note that the temporary USPS SSP password cannot be used to log in to the HR Self-Service service and applications. You are required to change the temporary SSP password to a permanent one.
