The NRLCA and USPS have signed an agreement allowing regular career employees covered by the USPS-NRLCA Agreement to carry over up to 520 hours of unused annual leave from 2024 to 2025.
In all other aspects, the ELM provisions for the payment of accumulated leave remain unchanged by this Memorandum.
This MOU will expire at the end of the 2025 leave year.
